We have an independent QC department with end-to-end quality control:
IQC: Incoming material inspection; non-conforming materials are isolated.
IPQC: In-process inspections during welding, painting, and other critical steps, with first-article verification.
FQC: 100% finished product inspection for appearance and structural integrity.
OQC: AQL-based random sampling before shipment; only approved batches are dispatched.
All inspection and equipment maintenance records are retained, and non-conformities are addressed with corrective actions, in line with FCCA quality system requirements.

For domestic orders: corporate RMB bank transfer, personal bank card transfer, WeChat Pay, and Alipay.
For international orders: T/T (telegraphic transfer) via our corporate foreign-currency account. Other global settlement methods can be discussed.

After deposit and sample confirmation, standard orders usually take 30–45 days. Custom new designs or large-volume orders may require adjusted timelines. Expedited production can be arranged for urgent requests—just let us know.
